How can I include additional data users in my project?

To add further users to your project, please submit an additional application within your existing data usage application in the service portal. To do this, log into the service portal as usual and select the corresponding data usage application. You can then submit a supplementary application via the "Supplementary agreements" button:

Please select "Additional data users" from the drop-down menu and enter the details of the additional data users.

Following this, you can check the application and submit it. We will process your supplementary application as usual and get back to you within 5 working days.

Please note that user extensions are only possible if the purpose of use remains the same. If a different purpose of use/project is being pursued, you must submit a new data use application.
