Problems?

Your contacts at the FDZ-DZHW are the first point of contact for you in case of problems with the transfer of data to the FDZ. If you cannot understand why problems cannot be solved jointly and would like to clarify this with an independent authority, you can contact the complaints office of the German Data Forum (RatSWD). You can use a contact form to address unresolved problems to the RatSWD. The contact form and details on competences and procedure can be found on the RatSWD website.

Directions to the FDZ-DZHW

The FDZ-DZHW can be reached from Hanover main station:

  • On foot (in a good 10 minutes, approx. 1,000m) via Ernst-August-Platz, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße and Goseriede.
  • By public transport (10-13 minutes).
    • From bus stop "Main station/ZOB" with bus lines 128, 134, 300, 500 or 700. Get off at the bus stop Steintor (usually low-floor buses).
    • From "Main station/ZOB" tram stop, take tram lines 10 (direction Ahlem) and 17 (direction Wallensteinstraße). Get off at Steintor (barrier-free).
    • From underground station "Main station" with all underground lines into town to underground station Kröpcke, change there and continue with underground lines 4, 5, 6 and 11 to underground station Steintor (barrier-free).

There is an elevator in the building (a barrier is the step at the entrance).
